We have an emphasis on training and certification along with mentor training. Challenging hard work, long hours, travel, and some calls late at night or on weekends is the norm at Broadcast Works. We are serious about our work – both mentally and physically, but we offset this work ethic by being family friendly, knocking off early on a Friday if we’re caught up and having some play time now and then.
